04 / Good to know
Questions? Answered.
Do I pay the full price when booking?
Every photography session is paid in full when you book. Essential is $200, Signature $235, Premier $300, and Headshots $50, unless the package price has been updated. Extras are arranged separately.
When is my session officially booked?
Once the live calendar is connected, your appointment is confirmed through the scheduling provider after you choose an available time and successfully pay the full session price. Selecting a date on its own is not a reservation.
Can I add extra edits, a smoke bomb, or a champagne pop?
Yes. Select the extras on this page to estimate your total. Add-on choices should also be included in your booking notes or shared with the photographer. They are not automatically added to the Cal.com charge and must be confirmed and paid for separately.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Contact JoniOnTheCam using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling and refunds are subject to the booking policy shown before payment; confirm that policy before completing checkout.
How soon will my photos be ready?
Grad Essential takes 5–7 days, Signature 3–5 days, and Premier 2–3 days. A 24-hour turnaround option may be available by request.
